node examples/pricesapi/search.mjs --query "Sony WH-1000XM5" --markets us
Find matching products, compare seller prices, or read their price history. Try a workflow in Playground or run the Node.js example. Snapshot and History are in public Beta.
Need a product ID? Start with the free Product Catalog Lookup. Keep the returned ID, ID type and market together when requesting Snapshot or History.
Use PricesAPI data to build price comparisons and history views. Coverage varies by product and market; your application handles analysis and pricing decisions.

node examples/pricesapi/search.mjs --query "Sony WH-1000XM5" --markets usPass a retailer URL directly and inspect the matched product plus merchant coverage.
node examples/pricesapi/search.mjs --query "https://www.jbhifi.com.au/products/apple-macbook-air-13-inch-m4-256gb-16gb-midnight" --markets auReuse the same query across multiple markets and inspect country-labelled results side by side.
node examples/pricesapi/search.mjs --query "Dyson V15 Detect Absolute" --markets us,au,gbSubmit up to 100 ordered Searches, disconnect, then collect results before the job expires. The Beta is available to every valid API account. Each item uses the ordinary Search contract with global coverage.

node examples/pricesapi/bulk-search.mjs --query "Sony WH-1000XM5" --query "Kindle Paperwhite" --market auAlready have a product ID? Read its latest stored seller prices without repeating Search. Pass the ID type and market with it. To read several products, the Snapshot batch accepts up to 100 identities and returns results in the order you sent them.
Node runner
node examples/pricesapi/product-snapshot.mjs --id 123456 --id-type pricesapi --market gbReplace the example ID and market with a product from Catalog Lookup or Search.
Use the same product ID, ID type and market as Snapshot. Each price includes its seller and recording time, so you can chart prices by seller. History depth varies by product and market. Missing days remain gaps, not zero prices.
node examples/pricesapi/history.mjs --id 123456 --id-type pricesapi --market gb --from 2026-09-14 --to 2026-09-20Replace the example ID, market and dates. Start with a short window: the first read reserves credits for the requested days, then charges for days with prices. See the History guide for costs and pagination.
Add a query and market, check whether it was accepted, then read its activity or pause it. Follow the cURL or JavaScript walkthrough. Schedule management uses no API credits; a separate Search retrieves products and offers under the normal credit rules.
Playground links fill the form but do not send a request. Review the market and cost before you run it. Node.js examples require your API key.
A Search with at least one merchant offer uses 10 credits, including cache hits. Search responses with no products or no merchant offers, and failed requests, use no credit. Pricing models, included allowances, and usage limits for all Beta features may change before general availability. Existing Product Search pricing and credit allowances remain unchanged unless separately announced.
