Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account info: email, name, optional Google profile picture (if you sign in with Google).
• API usage logs: timestamp, endpoint, query, country, status code, latency. Tied to your customer ID for billing + rate-limit enforcement.
• Stripe handles billing details. We never see or store your card.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data to third parties.
• We don't share API queries with anyone outside the team that operates the service.
• We don't track you across other sites.

Email tracking

When we send you email, we use a tracking pixel and link redirection to record whether the email was opened and whether links in it were clicked. We use this only to understand engagement with our own emails. You can opt out of non-transactional email at any time via the unsubscribe link in any such message.

Where data lives

PostgreSQL on owned infrastructure in Australia. Stripe (US) holds billing records. Google OAuth holds login tokens.
