Terms of Service

Acceptable use

• Use the API for legitimate pricing-intelligence, repricing, e-commerce, or research use cases.
• Don't attempt to bypass rate limits, key auth, or quota enforcement.
• Don't resell PricesAPI as your own service. Embedding the data inside your product is fine.
• One API key per customer. Sharing keys across multiple businesses is a violation.

Service level

• Uptime is best-effort. Contractual SLAs available for Enterprise tier on request.
• Cold-cache latency for /search is 7–30s — candidates and merchant offers in one call. We're working on it.
• We post incident notes via email when shipping changes that affect customers.

Billing

• Monthly billing via Stripe. Plans listed on /pricing.
• 14-day money-back guarantee on paid plans.
• Unused credits don't roll over.
• Cancel any time via the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Data ownership

Pricing data returned by the API is sourced from public retail web sources. Embedding that data in your application is fine. Republishing the dataset wholesale is not.
